This ensures we have everything needed to properly review your project.
Once your form is submitted, your request is carefully reviewed and assigned:
▪️Personal Orders (Non-Bulk) → Assigned to an Account Manager
▪️Promotional Product Orders (Bulk orders of 10 or more) → Assigned to a Brand Manager
Your manager will call you at your requested date and time.
Please note: Your requested call time must be at least 24 hours after form submission to allow proper review and preparation.
During your scheduled call:
▪️Your manager will review your request in detail
▪️Build a customized quote/estimate based on your specifications
▪️Email the quote to you while you are on the phone
To finalize your order:
▪️You will electronically sign the quote
▪️Submit payment to secure production
No order begins without signed approval and payment confirmation.
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
This confirms your order is officially secured and moving into production.
After confirmation:
▪️Your manager will process your order
▪️Confirm your shipping address while on the phone
▪️Verify the best email address for tracking updates
Shipping notifications and updates will be sent directly to your email.
